stcmd -list resulted in the following error. It happened only once and only to one user:

Answer/Solution:

"General network error. Check your network documentation" indicates that the StarTeam could not connect to the datbase. Having an error with the IPRangeObject is also normal to see when there is a problem with the StarTeam accessing its database. This was probably caused by a small one time problem within the network and should not be a concern unless it continues to happen.
