Why do I get the error "Internal Application Error: Null" when opening the Cross Platform Client on a Unix machine?


Answer:

This error can occur if the client is installed on a non-default directory (i.e. in a temp directory) on the Unix machine. Please reinstall the client and do not change the default paths shown during the installation. If the error still occurs after installing on the default path please contact Borland Support.
