Why do I get the error: "Unspecified error occurred in license server proxy. Contact your Starteam administrator "?
If both master and backup license servers are down, Starteam client will display the following error upon login:
Exception handled at Unknown: Class = BLSProxyException, Code = 0(00000000) "Unspecified error occurred in license server proxy. Contact your Starteam administrator"
This is caused by connection issues between your StarTeam server
and the Belise license server. To fix this you need to do the
