What causes the error "Property order mismatch in schema" after upgrading to StarTeam 2008 R2?

After performing a successful StarTeam upgrade, you may encounter the following error when attempting to start the StarTeam Server for the first time.

This type of error is normally associated with some form of corruption / mismatch when restoring the original database in Oracle. It is advised that you perform the restore again using the same database backup. If the same issue occurs then it could be a corrupt backup and you should therefore perform a new backup of your exisitng production StarTeam database then attempt a restore again.
