StarTeam client: Client hangs when trying to open.
When some users access rights were taken away for some projects
and then the users try to log into the client, the client
This may be possible because the client has the "Restore
Workspace on Startup" option set to true. Hence, go to
starteam-client-options.xml file available at C:\Documents and
Settings\\Application Data\Borland\StarTeam, then
change the option name="Restore Shortcuts" to value of 0.
This will open up the client without hanging.
