Problem:

Why do I get a license violation error -5 "no such feature exists" the first time I try to access TrackRecord from the WebServer or the Client?

Resolution:

We have developed a new cws22w32.dll. Rename the DLL on your system and copy the new DLL into its place. To receive the new dll, contact TrackRecord Technical Support.
