I am trying to install my product from the QACenter 4.4.2 CD. When I try to install the product from the CD browser, the product installation will not start. When I try to install the product via the setup.exe command, a DOS window appears and immediately disappears or I receive a message that "Setup.exe is not a valid 32-bit application." How should I proceed?
Please send an email to the QACenter product coordinators at email@example.com. In the email, explain that you are unable to install your product from the QACenter 4.4.2 CD and include the following information: client name, client number, shipping address, client contact name, client contact phone number, and client email address. A new CD will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days.
