What is the meaning/reason for this error in the StarTeam Admin log:

10028     00000004  2011-10-03 15:50:27  Notification: No recipient addresses specified


This issue normally occurs if a user does not have a properly formatted or valid email address assigned to their user account. To check this:

1. Log into the Server configuration
2. Open the User Manager
3. Navigate to the user
4. Select the user properties
5. Check the email address assigned to the user account
