Problem:

How can StarTeam be configured to ensure that named users are not affected by the inactivity timeout settings?

Resolution:

1. Open the StarTeam administrator

2. Select "Configure Server"

3. Select the "General" tab

4. Select "Inactivity timeout"

5. Check "Exclude named users"



This will ensure that named users are not affected by the Inactivity Timeout settings.
