Problem:

After I enter the WebServer login information and click OK, I receive the following error:

An internal error has occurred in /cgi-win/itemview.dll. Automation error. The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password (error #-2147467238)

Resolution:

This is a permissions issue There are two likely solutions:

1. Check to ensure that the DCOMCNFG settings are correct according to the TrackRecord Installation Guide. If This User was selected, there may be a login failure. If Interactive user was selected, this may occur every time the Server is locked down.
2. Check Directory Security Access your machine's Internet Information Services.
   
   1. Select Default Website -Select TrackRecord
   2. Right-click and select Properties from the context menu.
   3. Select Directory Security.
   4. Select Edit for Anonymous access and authentication control: Ensure that the Anonymous access checkbox is selected.
