Support for Business Objects XI Release 2 (BO XIR2) universe files was introduced with StarTeam DataMart 2006.

To enable this, simply open the Universe in BO XIR2 then save the universe file. Once you do this the Universe file will be upgraded and will be compatible with BO XIR2. If you have purchased DataMart you will be able to download the latest version of DataMart here: https://sso.borland.com
