On a couple of our defects, users set the status to "Reject". We want to change the status of those defects to "Resolved", but the Status field is greyed out. Nothing is available from the "Action" button in the Defect Item toolbar either. Is there a way for us to change this status? Do I need to change Rules or Workflow?
The status field can only be changed by the User that the defect is assigned to. That user will have to logon and change the Status field. You could possibly create a Rule or change the User Administration privileges to allow this field to be manipulated else wise.
Other than that, this is an expected and normal behavior
