In TrackRecord 5.0.2 there is a bug in the import wizard. If a Combo box is the first item placed in a template, the Import/Export Wizard will put a delimiting character in front of the exported item. This confuses TrackRecord when the information is imported and causes the information to be imported into the wrong places. The workaround is to make sure you do not have a combo box as the first item that is placed in the import/export template. A good way to do this is to export the identifier number first. If the identifier is not part of the import/export then make sure you do not have any combo boxes first. There are several important combo boxes in the general vicinity of the Identifier at the top of the form, so be aware when you construct the import/export template.</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><!-- #EndEditable -->
