Problem:

When using a shortcut to change request in root folder, the item pane is blank

Resolution:

Description
When using a shortcut to a change request in a root folder of a root view, the top right pane is blank upon opening. After closing the change request, F5 is unable to refresh the top right pane.

Answer/Solution

To resolve this issue in the Cross Platform Client use one of the two following options:

a) Switch to another folder and then change back to root folder.

b) Press shift F5 to refresh the top right pane properly.

This will be changed in future builds of the Cross Platform Client. It only occurs when the CR exists in the root folder of the root view.
