There is a known SDK issue in viewing a change package via the "Show Change Perspective" view if the change package involves removing a parent folder with its child folders being out-of-view and the "Show Not-in-view" folder context option is turned on.
The fix will be included in the next SDK release (14.0 Update 4 release). Alternatively as a mitigation, one should remove the folders without enabling the "Show Not-in-view folder" option.
