Why do I get a "Class not registered" error when trying to start the StarTeam Cross Platform Client?
This error is caused by a required StarTeam DLL becoming unregistered in Windows.
The cause for this is unknown, but is most likely due to an invalid or incomplete installation of the StarTeam Cross-Platform Client, or other StarTeam component.
To resolve this error, perform the following steps;
If this successfully re-registers the required dll, you should
now be able to open the StarTeam CPC.
