Problem:

How to resolve PropertyTableExceptions error?

We are witnessing PropertyTableExceptions error at various events like login, check-out, check-in…etc. How do we resolve this issue



Answer/Solution:

This error is believed to happen when StarTeam server is licensed by a license server (BLS or FlexLM) and the server is not receiving the license “token” back from the StarTeamLicSvr.exe. This could happen if there is a network issue or data corruption. If this exception is generating StarTeamLicSvr.en-US.log , please call Borland Tech support to investigate the root cause.

As a work-around, replace BLS/FlexLM license with StarTeam native license for a user who is experiencing this problem.
