Description:
Inactivity Timeout not affecting users




Answer/Solution:
Usually the issue will be as a result of System Tray Notification in client?s personal option. If the system tray notification is less than the inactivity time out from the server, then the client will never timeout because there is an implicit interaction between the client and the server. Having the system tray notification greater than the inactivity timeout or disabling the System Tray Notification will resolve the issue.
