Problem:

Unable to complete operation: User record not found

Resolution:

  • Product Name: StarTeam
  • Product Version: All
  • Product Component: Server
  • Platform/OS Version: All Supported OS

Description:
User account appears in the server administration console, but if I try to suspend it or reactivate it I get the following message: "Unable to complete operation: User record not found"



Answer/Solution:
This issue is resolved by stopping the server, closing the server administration GUI, reopening the server administration GUI, and restarting the server. The user account should now be missing from the user manager.
