I get error when I synch a defect that has URL attachment.

Answer/Solution:
StarTeam do not support URL attachment and as a result if you try to synch a Test Director’s defect that has a URL attachment, the synchronization process will fail. This is because the attachment contains reference rather that the actual file, and StarTeam do not consider this to be valid attachment. Product Management is currently working on this to have StarTeam support URL attachment.
