How can I allow my administrator to access StarTeam if I accidently set a "deny" on a project level privilege for my admin group?
If you have only set the "Deny All" access on the admin group then it is still possible that the actual user may not have rights denied at a local level. To test this open the Admin client and choose Accounts | System Policy | Access Rights. Here check the "Ignore group privileges" checkbox and click OK. From the StarTeam client try logging in again with your admin user. If you can login please reset the access rights for the entire group. You may wish to uncheck this "ignore group privileges" checkbox once you are finished.
