StarTeam 12.0 Client - Unable to check in files


After recently upgrading to the StarTeam 12.0 Server and Client environment we have a group of users who can no longer check in files.  They can however check in files using the StarTeam 2009 client.

This is due to the addition of change packages and external links in an earlier release of the StarTeam client, therefore to enable the check in functionality for the affected users you will need to allow full access to the change package element within StarTeam.
