Problem:
StarTeam Server has stopped working – APPCRASH ST2009 11.0.0.65
Resolution:
This is an issue with a third party database library used in the 11.0 StarTeam release.
To resolve the issue return to an older access library by adding the following line to the "starteam-server-configs.xml" file located in your Borland StarTeam folder.
The StarTeam configuration should be restarted for the changes to take effect.
