Problem:

When a user creates custom change request fields using the Cross Platform Client (CPC), where are these stored within the StarTeam database?

Resolution:

New custom change request fields are added to the SYN_CHANGE view in the StarTeam database. Custom fields are identified by the ‘USR_’ prefix, for example, USR_NEXTACTIONDATE.
