Problem:

By default the license logging feature on a Belize license server is disabled.

Resolution:

To enable reporting:
  1. Navigate to "C:\Borland\BLS4\conf"
  2. Open the file "belise.properties" in a text editor
  3. Set the "reportLogsEnabled" property to true

      # enabling reporting logs
      reportLogsEnabled = true
      
  4. Restart the license server
