Problem:

Why are Custom workflow statuses unavailable in the StarTeam query editor?

Resolution:


  • Product Name: StarTeam
  • Product Version: ALL
  • Product Component: CPC
  • Platform/OS Version: ALL

Custom workflow statuses will be unavailable in querys, if the querys have been marked as private. In order to make custom statuses available, the query must be set public. As existing query cannot be changed from private to public, a new query must be created. While creating the query, be sure to check the "Public" check box in the New Query dialog.

When creating filters, custom fields will also be available, however the "Show Advanced Fields" option should be checked for them to be visible.
