• Platform/OS Version: Windows 2003

Answer/Solution:

1) Go to the server repository.**IMPORTANT***
2) Open the "Notifications" folder.
3) Open file "cr-modified.html" in wordpad.
4) Paste this line for severity line in between another row.. such as in between priority and platform.(it should be all on one line):
