The readme contains the links to the 16.0 SDK Overview, Command Line documentation, test suite source code & bridge source code. In addition, you will find links to the HTML javadoc (packaged in a .zip file) for download, the .chm file (.NET equivalent of javadoc), the fully browse-able javadoc online, and HTML files tracking the changes between releases, specifically, 11.0 to 12.0 (the first new namespace release), 12.0 to 12.5, 12.5 to 13.0 and 13.0 to 14.0 and 14.0 to 15.0.

Builds for all supported SDK versions are now available through supportline. http://supportline.microfocus.com

The (java) bridge source code is distributed as is to provide a means to jump start porting of old SDK scripts to the new namespace.

The test suite source code provides working examples and coverage of most SDK api's.

This version of the SDK does provide support for COM via Java Native Interface (JNI). A 32 bit 16.3 COM .dll is distributed and installed with the 32 bit SDK. This COM build supersedes all previous COM distributions, and is used by the 16.x SCC (Microsoft Source Code Control Interface) implementation. This build can be freely used by all COM compliant clients including PowerBuilder, HP Quality Control, Visual Basic 6.0 applications, etc.

This version of the SDK also bundles the StarTeam jenkins plugin, which is now part of the StarTeam platform suite. The plugin supports pipelining, authentication, checks for changes, checkouts from tip and snapshot checkouts based on time, label or promotion state.
