 Move an existing item (viewmember) to a target parent
 The parent may be a (different) folder of the same or a different project/view,
 or it may be another tree item of the same type as this view member
 (Only tree items my be moved to be 'children' of other tree items.
 This is an HTTP PUT command.


  projectid the integer id of the chosen project
  viewid the integer id of a view of the project
  typeid the integer id of a viewmember type from the server catalog
  viewmemberid the integer id of the item to be moved
  sessionid a valid session for the logged on user running this query
  parentid an optional integer parentid for the target parent
 (if not specified, then the move is assumed to target the root folder of the current project/view)
 if specified, then the parentid is either a valid folderid or a valid treeitemid of the same type as the viewmember being moved
  parentviewid an optional integer parent view id for the target parent's view
 if not specified, then the current view is assumed
  parentprojectid an optional integer parent project id for the target parent's project
 if not specified, then the current project is assumed
