During the installation process to update the TestPartner installation on several machines using the websynch downloaded from the TestPartner downloads page, the following error occurs:

'Error 1606: Could not access network location :\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\'

On several other machines, the same websynch update runs successfully.

The only difference between the machines where installation completes and the problematic machines is that on the successful machines, there exists a full version of Visual Studio 2010 whereas on the problematic machines there exists only a Visual Studio 2010 test agent software.
 
On machines where only the Visual Studio 2010 test agent software is installed, attempting to install TestPartner WebSync results in an installation error:

'Error 1606: Could not access network location :\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\'

To resolve the issue, if the test agent software is installed on the same machine as TestPartner it will need to be unistalled, apply the websync then reinstall the agent.

On machines with a full Visual Studio 2010 installation, this issue does not occur.
