Error when switching from Learning mode to Stand-By mode

Hi All, good day!

An error has been encountered when switching a REST virtual service from Learning mode to Stand-By mode.

The error message is as below:

The message will not be analyzed. The processing failed with exception: "The 'hp.com/.../Types:fromBal' element already exists in the content model.".

 

May I ask why is this showing up? From the error message I can see that the JSON element already exists in the content model.

Is there any way to check on the element and/or how to solve this issue?

Appreciate any help provided in advance!
