User would like to make it easier to data drive the virtual service. The idea is to allow to have a new kind of data driven rule, which would allow to consume messages directly from files (e.g. XML files). This would eliminate a need for connecting an Excel sheet or database and mapping a message structure to it, which might be very time consuming.
