Custom Portlet doesn't Export to Excel

We have a custom portlet that contains RYG indicators for Project, Issue, and Schedule Health as well as a % complete bar to show the % complete of the Work Plan.  When we use the Export to Excel feature, a new window/tab is displayed and is blank.  No prompts, no errors, and no Excel export is shown.

Is this because of the RYG and % complete bar icons that are being used?  Does anyone have any recommendations of what could be causing this and how to go about fixing?

We are running PPM 9.32.0002.

Thank you

Yes, this happens in IE11, Chrome, and Firefox.  We have been running Office365 for some time now.  I'm not aware of any changes that may have been pushed.

Here's what is in the serverlog:

    Problem solved.!

The root cause of the problem was that one of the values was not a color.  We were having no color if a value was -1.  Once I changed the color to 'GRAY' (for example) so that every part of the case statement returned a color, it displayed properly and successfully exported to Excel.

    Thanks
