When you click a resource in the Staffing Profile and ask to delete it, a box pops up asking are you sure you want to delete the resource. BUT, unlike when you send through resource requests where it actually shows you what you are requesting when you click the boxes to delete, the system does not give you a listing as a check to make sure you don’t have additional resources ticked.
For example, when requesting resources, they happened to be still ticked. User went to delete a resource there if the user did not happen to stop, exit out of that screen and scroll all the way down the staffing profile to check there were no other boxes ticked, those resources from earlier would have been gone too – the resource profiles are large and it is a pain to have to scroll down/check all the time.
• Un-check the box/es in the Staffing Profile once resource request is sent, or
• System check that gives the user a list of what they are just about to delete before they press the button to do so.
