Hi,

we recently bought the ALM version of HP Quality Center which includes the scorecardfunction.
It works really fine. Now we decided to create a template scorecard, which we want to provide to all our projects in the future.

We plan to start with a small set of milestones and kpis regarding requierement creation, testcase creation and
testing phases.

This is the easy part. But where can i find information (all kind of) which lead me to valid threshold values for these kpis? Is there any recommended literature or other sources of information which can provide me good metrics to geht these threshold values?
