Saving Test Board views to Favorites.

It looks like saving the custom Test Board views to the Favorites doesn't work; the Test Board filter conditions are not retained. I was working with the support (02505583-The Favorites views and Test Board) on this issue and they admitted this functionality is not working. We are currently running QC 12.5 but support confirmed the issue exists in the latest versions of QC as well.
