Running LeanFT/NUnit test for standalone application through command line

We are using leanFT & NUnit to run our standalone app. Currently, we use the Test Explorer window to execute our tests locally, all by using the UI. What we would like to do is to figure out a command that we can use instead that will execute the tests. Is there an easy way to do this with LeanFT? Thanks.

  • Hello,

If you want to run LeantFt Test from a command line you could use the the Nunit console to run the test

    <NUnit Path>\bin\nunit-console-x86.exe" "%PATH_TO_TEST_PROJECT_DLL%\DLLFileName.dll

    or in my case

    <NUnit Path>\bin\nunit-console-x86.exe" C:\Users\<User>\Documents\Visual Studio 2012\Projects\LeanFtNUnit\LeanFtNUnit\bin\Debug\LeanFtNUnit.dll

I would also look into a Jenkins integration, once you have it configure is a great way to execute an even shedule your test both (LFT and UFT)

for more information take a alook at
