Knowledge Base has moved to the Community

Customer Care is delighted to announce that the Knowledge Base is now hosted on the Community thus providing you, our customers, with a ‘one stop shop’ to receive support, knowledge and interact with each other.

To access the new Knowledge Base, please navigate to the product group of your interest. Here you will find a large collection of information including a Knowledge Base which contains all the know-how that you are looking for under the Wiki tab.  To take full advantage of the Knowledge Bases across the Community please use the site search found in the top right hand corner of your Internet page. This search offers a wide range of customisation to narrow down your search to find your article.

The Community hosted Knowledge Base provides the following benefits over the old Knowledge Base

  • Enhanced search capabilities
  • Improved performance and stability
  • The ability for “Power Users” to contribute to existing Wiki pages or even create new ones
  • Interaction with other users including Customer Care, Development and Product Management
