When opening a saved RGV file, I recieve a "Last Transaction May Be Incomplete" error and the CaliberRM client crashes
User creates a filtered Requirement Grid view and then proceeds to
hide some of the columns in the Grid. This view is then saved
as an .rgv (requirement grid view) file to be used again.
If the user hides the column that the grid is being sorted by,
opening the .rgv file will fail, prompting a "Last Transaction
May Be Incomplete" error and thus crashing the CaliberRM
Modify the .rgv using Microsoft Notepad. In the .rgv file,
there will be a line specifying the sorted column (SortColumn)
along with a value. Set this sort value to 0.
As seen in the example below, there are only 2 columns displayed
(ColumnName_0 and ColumnName_1). However, the
"SortColumn" is set to sort upon a column 5
(ColumnName_5), which has been hidden prior to saving the
grid. By changing the "SortColumn" to
"0", the grid will change to an existing column and open
as expected, with no erorrs.
