If the external traceability option for Quality Center is missing from the Caliber Administrator, how can I correct this?
After a recent database and server upgrade, the external
traceability option for Quality Center is missing in Caliber
To restore this option:
1. In Caliber Administrator, chose a project and
open the "External Traceability"
2. Select the "New"
button that is below the "Enabled/Disabled"
3. To create the vendor configuration for Quality
Center, enter the variables as the following:
4. If the previous configuration settings are missing, chose
"Modify" and re-enter the QC connection
