Why can a user not login to the Framework Administrator when modifiying a Requirement Type?
When a user is modifying a Requirement Type, e.g. adding multiple
UDA"s to the custom Tab for the Requirement Type, then this
user cannot login to any other aspect of the Caliber Product
(Document Factory, Administrator, second Client) until the
modification has been completed.
As this is a lockout only for the user performing the
modification, another user with Admin rights can login to the
Framework Administrator to perform administrative tasks until such
time as the initial user becomes available again. Alternatively, a
generic Admin account could be used to perform Requirement Type
modifications to prevent any of the normal users from being locked
