Problem:

By default, when a new option/radio button is added to a simulation page, it is given a variable name 'OptionButton'. Without changing this variable name, the effect is such that only one radio button (among all the radio buttons displayed on that page) can be selected when running the simulation.

Resolution:

To distinguish between the different sets of radio buttons, each set of radio buttons should be given a unique 'Variable name'. This can be achieved by clicking the 'Edit' link in the property panel of the 'Option button' as shown in the illustration below.

In the illustrations below, the two option buttons on the left are given the variable name 'OptionButtonSet1' while the two option buttons on the right are given the variable name 'OptionButtonSet2'.

When running the simulation, both sets of radio buttons would be selectable and this is shown in Figure 3 below:
