Problem:

Receiving an "HTTP Status 404" message connecting to CaliberRDM and "Caliber.NO_AVAILABLE_LICENSE:" message in the CaliberRDM Server stdout_*.log. 

Resolution:

1. Setup a license in CaliberRM.
2. Restart the CaliberRDM Server  
3. Bring up the CaliberRDM Client via the web browser
