Problem:

We are having problems installing CaliberRM Client on Windows 7 64-bit Operating System.

Resolution:

CaliberRM 2008 SP1 Patch 17 introduced support for Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) however the support is only for Windows 7 Enterprise Edition. You may experience installation problems using other versions of Windows 7 as these were not tested with CaliberRM and therefore not supported. To download Patch 17 or later please go to the product updates site: http://supportline.microfocus.com/xmlloader.asp?type=home&redirectpage=/websync/index.asp.
