Problem:

The CaliberRM Client is not displaying glossary terms even though the glossary term is enabled in CaliberRM Administrator.  Why is this?

Resolution:

The reason why glossary terms are not displaying is because glossary view is not enabled. In order to resolve this:

1.  Select a CaliberRM requirement that should display a glossary term
2.  Right click on description field and select glossary view.
3.  Glossary terms should now display correctly.
4.  Select File and Save settings to keep glossary view enabled.
