Problem:

When applying my CaliberRDM license key it shows as authorized but is not displayed in the licenses tab.

Resolution:

This can occur when the license files become corrupt. To resolve this:

1. Browse to directory: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Micro Focus
2. Open and remove all licensing information from lsercrv.stn and lservrc.net files
3. Save your changes
4. Restart Sentinel License Manager from services.
5. Apply license key.

This should now appear correctly under the license tab.
