Problem:

When running a Datamart extract the hierarchy order does not match the CaliberRM client hierarchy order.

Resolution:

Please note this solution involves editing the Windows registry. Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious, system-wide problems that may require you to re-install Windows to correct them. We cannot guarantee that any problems resulting from the use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use this tool at your own risk.

If you are happy to proceed with this then do the following:

In order to do this you need to build the hierarchy map in order to have hierarchy index sorted. Please add a DWORD registry key called "BuildHierarchy" located in "\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Borland\EXTRACTOR\SETTINGS" to determine whether or not to sort hierarchy information. Set the value to decimal 1.
