Problem:

Caliber Visualizer error states MPX support was enabled, but the Caliber Visualize Server failed to connect to the MPX server

Resolution:

Please open CaliberRM data server in Control panel > MPX tab and change the broker name from 'localhost' to the Server name.
 

Open Service manager and restart the Caliber visualize service and close off all IE windows to close off all open sessions of Caliber Visualize.

Open a new Caliber visualize session, t
he user should now be able to login without the error message appearing.
