LDAP authentication is implemented but users are unable to connect and the Caliber Server log file shows the message "successful initialization but unbinding from LDAP."
To troubleshoot this turn on verbose logging which will provide LDAP error codes (contact Customer Care to receive instructions on how to do this).
If after making changes the error "LDAP error code 80 is returned. Problem connecting to LDAP server." then please check the SSL certificate on LDAP server. If a machine name is specified the DNS server may not provide correct value for this certificate. This will block SSL connections. Please refer to your LDAP Administrators for help.
