A user is able to login to Caliber Review without any issue, but when the attempt to view a simulation or scenarios no image is displayed.
This issue could be due to permission settings on the image cache folder in which the simulations are scenarios should get stored.
Please go to location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Borland\Caliber Review\webapps\caliberreview
Right click on imagecacheSelect Properties and Security tabEdit to change permissions
If any group or username has deny permissions this could cause your image not to be written to the imagecache folder. Change this setting and apply.
Now check Caliber Review again. Your simulations and scenarios should now display correctly. If not contact Customer Care.
